Return & Refund Policy

At Alyson & James, we want you to shop with confidence every time. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days from the date your order has been delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition. This means it should be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alysonandjames.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly and appropriately.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, as well as custom-made or personalized products and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

In addition, items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for refunds. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, we recommend contacting us before submitting a request.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at info@alysonandjames.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.



Refunds

Once we receive your return and complete an inspection, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact us so we can assist you further.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. These shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
