During high-demand periods such as seasonal promotions or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. If any delays occur, we will keep you informed.
3. Shipping Costs
We provide free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Delivery Timeframes
After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows.
Processing usually takes between 2–3 business days, while shipping typically takes 4–9 business days. This results in a total estimated delivery time of 6–12 business days.
Orders are processed based on a cut-off time of 6:00 PM (Eastern Time, ET).
Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
5. Delivery Limitations
At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. Additionally, some products may have shipping restrictions depending on carrier policies or legal regulations.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or if the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. In such situations, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
